Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is captured, or once a cash-on-delivery order is accepted. Until then the items in your bag are not reserved, so something can sell out between adding it and paying. If that happens we will tell you and refund in full rather than substitute anything.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Where a product page says prices are inclusive of tax, the price you see is the price you pay plus any shipping shown in your bag. We recalculate every total on our servers at checkout, so if a price changed while your bag was open you will see the new one before you pay — never after.
Returns and exchanges
Most items can be returned or exchanged within the window shown on their product page, provided they are unused and still tagged. Customised and personalised items are produced for you specifically and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered.

Cancellations
You can cancel before an order ships by emailing us with the order number. Once it is with the courier it has to be handled as a return.
Eligibility and your account
You need to be at least 18, or using this site under a parent or guardian’s supervision, to place an order. Keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can place orders on your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password and use “sign out everywhere” in your account, which ends every session on every device.
Content you send us for printing
For customised products, you’re responsible for the text, images or designs you upload — please only send us things you have the right to use. We can decline to print anything unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We use what you send solely to produce and fulfil your order; see our Privacy policy for how it’s handled and stored.
Our content
The designs, artwork and photography on this site belong to NN eterncraft llp or to the people we licence them from. Please do not reproduce them for resale.
Liability
We aim for the site and your order to work as described, but things can go wrong — a courier delay, a colour that renders slightly differently on fabric than on screen. Beyond replacing or refunding an order that’s faulty or not as ordered, we’re not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that can’t be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

We may update this page as the site or our policies change. We’ll update the date at the top when we do — check back if you want the latest version.
