Orders are packed within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 working days depending on your pincode. Customised and personalised items are made to order and add 2–3 days to that.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that a flat fee is shown in your bag before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout.
Can I return or exchange something?
Most products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and still have their tags. The exact window for an item is shown on its product page.
Which size should I order?
Every product page has a size guide with exact chest and length measurements for that specific garment. Our oversized fits run deliberately roomy, so if you want a closer fit, look at the Regular fit category rather than sizing down.
What is a coin worth?
1 coin equals ₹1 off a future order. Coins are applied at checkout and come straight off the amount payable.
