Orders are packed within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 working days depending on your pincode. Customised and personalised items are made to order and add 2–3 days to that.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that a flat fee is shown in your bag before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout.

It depends on the item, and the product page tells you which applies. Our products — both our own designs and customised or made-to-order items — are generally marked non-returnable, so we cannot accept a return for a change of mind, a wrong size you selected, or not liking the design after delivery. Some products show a specific return window on their page; those can be returned within that window if they are unused, unwashed and still have their original tags and packaging. Whatever the item, you are always covered if it arrives in a bad condition — defective, damaged, wrongly printed, the wrong product, or missing — see the next question.

You are entitled to a remedy for any defective, damaged, wrongly printed, wrong or missing item — even on non-returnable products. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and share, if you can, an unboxing/opening video, photos of the product and the issue, and photos of the packaging and shipping label. The video is requested to help us verify transit damage quickly — it is not a strict condition, so if you cannot provide one (for example, a defect that shows up later) tell us and we will still review your claim. Once verified we arrange a free replacement, return or refund, whichever suits best.

Every product page has a size guide with exact chest and length measurements for that specific garment. Our oversized fits run deliberately roomy, so if you want a closer fit, look at the Regular fit category rather than sizing down.

NN coins are our rewards currency. 1 coin equals ₹1 off a future order. When you choose to redeem them at checkout, they come straight off the amount payable — you can see your available and pending balance in your account under My Rewards.
