Returns and exchanges
Most items can be returned or exchanged within the window shown on their product page — this varies by product, so check the page for the item you bought rather than assuming a fixed number of days. To qualify, the item needs to be unused and still tagged.
Customised and personalised items — printed T-shirts, Bengali typography designs, personalised mugs, photo frames and similar made-to-order gifts — are produced specifically for you and can’t be returned for reasons of preference, sizing or a change of mind once we’ve started production. They’re still covered by a free replacement or full refund if what arrives is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered or approved.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered or approved, email support@nomadnation.in with your order number and a photo of the issue as soon as you can. We’ll sort out a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you’d rather have.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for free any time before it ships — email us with your order number and we’ll cancel and refund it. Once an order has shipped, or once production has started on a personalised item, it can no longer be cancelled and has to be handled as a return instead.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through the same payment method you used to pay — we don’t hold refunds as store credit unless you ask us to. Once a refund is approved, it’s issued immediately on our end; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or payment provider.
